Welcome to North Elmsley Public School!
My name is Kami Link and I am the new, proud Principal at NEPS. I am beyond thrilled to join this team of amazing educators and am very much looking forward to getting to know all the students and families in the community.
North Elmsley Public School services students in Kindergarten through Grade 6 with a current enrolment of 71 students. We have an amazing staff here who are dedicated to creating and fostering: a rich, exciting, welcoming and inclusive educational experience for every student. We are known as a small school with a big heart. Our Teams are focusing on implementing teaching practices and utilizing resources to enhance both their language and mathematics programming.
As a system, we believe in offering educational programming to meet the needs of all of students and work together as a community team to ensure this happens. We also put an importance on promoting Character Education by acknowledging students when demonstrating great character traits and modelling for their peers.
Family members of our students play an equally important role in every child’s learning experience. I encourage family members to be active participants in the daily learning activities and school experiences of their children. An open, two-way path of communication is vital to the success of our students.
